How long does a body have to be dead before it's no longer grave-robbing and now archeology?

I think history and especially archeology is a very interesting field, but I am not necessarily talking about ancient Egypt. I think that someone buried in the 1800's would be interesting to look upon, to see what they wore, their jewelry. How could you get a better account of life in the nineteenth century than that?
