Bulgarian Nurses and palestinian doctor?

I don't know what to make of this issue, to me there's at least two sides to this story: on the one hand you have the issue of 6 adults administering an incurable disease to 400+ INNOCENT children and on the other hand, you have the conspiracy theory idea, that the governmnt had a hand in it all. conspiracy aside, i am kind of convinced that those nurses did have something to do with it, i just don't know how much exactly they had to do with it. My question is, where is the justice in it all now that the nurses have been let free, been pardoned and the children get nothing?
