Did i have a heart attack?

Im an 18 year old woman. and Iv had problems breathing. but today i was laying on my bed and my left arm and shoulder starting hurting really bad and then my neck and chest starting hurting really bad and i couldn't breathe at all, i started getting dizzy and spacey and sweaty and after it stopped my chest has been hurting on and off
