I need help finding this place...?

a year ago today i was sent to a facility called Liberity Healthcare. which is a mental hospital this is supposedly around the alabama state line? it's about a four hour ride from louisiana and the place only takes in juviniles up to 18. one of the employees, there is a lady named ms. patsy, she's like a counsiler there or something. a guy named raphael was a tech there, along with a guy named carlos. if anyone can find out anything... that would be helpful... please no mis-leading information... i was sent there when i was 16, now i'm 17.
