Women's Jean Size?

I want to buy a pair of LRG jeans, but I do not know my size because they are written in full numbers. I looked at conversion charts and things, but it does not make sense. I wear a size 1 in pacsun's jeans and they are not tight. My hips are about 33inches.What would that convert to in big numbers? Like 26? or 29?
