Does Colorada Springs show us what happens when conservatives run cities?

cities get the majority of their money from property taxes. If a majority of the homes in that town are foreclosed or in foreclosure they then would not get any money to pay for the services they provided in the boom years. now if that town was a tourist town then a big chunk of change would from T.O.T taxes and people probably aren't vacationing there either.that's most likely the reason half the town is for sale. San Diego, CA is auctioning off their police horses this week. it's happening every where.
