My mage is World of warcraft isnt doing enough dps/dmg....what should my stats look like - im lvl 77 arcane?

I wouldn't worry about gear or dps until you hit level 80. Since you aren't able to maximize your dps through talent points and gear, just focus on getting to 80 so you can get better gear and have higher dps. Once you hit 80 start doing heroics for gear and emblems which you can use to upgrade to some nice epic gear. Good luck!
