Have a look for a suitable place in the Letting Agency, go and view, READ ALL THE SMALL PRINT, then apply to the Benefits people, tell them of your findings and ask them what to do next. Remember, that you may be asked for a months rent in advance, they may also ask for references. On second thoughts, it may be a good idea to enquire from Benefits first, you will then be able to look for a finacially viable place. Good luck.
