Is the intercooler piping the same for both 1g and 2g dsm's?

i dont have much cash and im looking for an intercooler and piping on ebay and some other sites. but there is mostly 2g dsm piping that is bolt on. will that work for my 1990 talon tsi. its got the 4g63t??
