Will I lose weight if I do this everyday? How much can I expect to lose per week?

muscle weighs more than fat, so if you gain a bunch of muscle, you will look more toned but you could weigh the same as you do now, unless you are really fat. And personally i have cut out all carbs and sugar out of my diet and do about an hour of cardio each day, and i have lost 10 pounds in a month. So, i'm pretty sure you can do it too. =)
