What can I give my dog for flatulence?

I've tried charcoal biscuits but they don't stop it,I don't know what is causing it as I have not changed her diet,also when she does her toilet first thing in morning it is normal but as the day wears on it gets very runny,I give her a Denta Stix after her meal and wonder if these could be the cause
