Jive Turkey Jones?

does anyone remember the computer game from about 10 years ago or so called Jive Turkey Jones? It came about around Thanksgiving, around the same year Elf Bowling came out at Christmas. The turkey had an afro and had to shoot the Pimp Pilgrims to save his girlfriend....if you remember this game, do you know where i can find a copy of it to play? Thanks.
