If you could go fishing for ANYTHING.....?

If you could go anywhere to fish/catch anything what would you go for? Personally, I'd really like to catch the following, #1 would be a LARGE shark, but I'd also like to tangle with sturgeon, alligator gar, stripers, and large tuna. thanks
