HELP ME IM SCARED MY DREAM?

i have this dream like im in the third person looking at my self, im on the edge of a cliff and like is in a storm and everything is black and white, i turn around and my face is dead and emotionless then i simply walk on the edge of the cliff and then like i said i see all this happen as its in the third person and like then i see my dead mangled body at the bottom of the cliff, then i wake up and i always have a splitting headache when i wake up HELP HELP
