Had HSG today and was wondering???????

So I had my HSG test done today and everything was spectacular.. I took clomid days 3-7 and we are doing our first donor IUI next monday or tuesday.. Im perfectly healthy and ovulate normally but they had me use clomid to up chances.... Question is, did anyone get pregnant after HSG and first IUI???? Im nervous that this is accually becoming reality. Me and my husband have wanted this for so long that is seems like we are in la-la land.. I do have a daughter from a previous relationship (my beautiful birth control baby)...haha...... Good luck TTC everyone
