Family Genology? Inbred?

My family immigrated to northern Wisconsin from Austria, and Bohemia during the late 1800's. They settled in a small town which is north of Medford. Today the families that live in that area are all related in some way. It doesnt matter what last name they are. Its who married who. Is that called inbreeding?
