I'm a 13 year old boy. I am 5'5 and weigh 128. Each morning i weigh about 27.5 and at night i weigh like 129.8? Each day i bench press about...65? or 60 pounds 50 times. 20 in the morning, 30 in the afternoon... But usually just do it all in the after noon. take breaks each 10 times. Then i go curl a big 20 pounder with 2 hands...(yes i know not alot, but cant find weight to add to it) what else should i do, please dont give me **** answers, cause there is really no point.
