My 3rd gen iPod touch won't detect movement?

Ok so remove the jailbreak and bring it back ( just connect it to ur computer and in iTunes under your iPod click restore and it will restore to factory settings therefore removing the jailbreak. Then just tell apple wut happened but first try it again w/o the jalbreak cuz may b sumthin in mobile substrate cud b messed up
