Is Lexie Carver dead in Days Of Our Lives?

I live in the UK and the episodes being shown are from 2002 so i'm 7yrs behind. Lexie has just been strangled by Bo Brady after he thinks she killed his wife Hope when really she's still being held captive by Larry. He strangled her and her neck broke and she's been pronounced dean but is she really? Cos since i'm so far behind and it will be years before i catch up with whats happening now i look up the characters and see what they're all upto now and i could of sworn that Lexie was still in it and her and her husband Abe has a son called Theo now? Or have i mixed her up with someone else??? Tell me anything you remember as i don't mind being spoiled, i love it!!! If she is still alive then i really wanna know how she comes back to life from a broken neck!!! Thanks, Lisa Michelle x x lol x x
